It's a heart breaking and terrible thing when someone that you love, and care about passes away.
You don't know what to do, and how to react.
Some people know that's going to happen, others just think of it as the part of like when you lights go out.
Some can't even help it.

So today, i would like to send out my wishes to the Family and Friends, of Andy Cantle, and my self for that matter, and i hope that you are all coping a year after the tragic accident.

and to my own family, who have just lost our Uncle, Brother, Father, and Husband, Richard. We all love and miss you greatly already, and you will always be in our mind and heart.
